What’s more important than terms and privacy sending a message? It’s the person you’re sending it to, of course. Today, we’re making it easier to add and manage your contacts privately on WhatsApp, no matter what device you’re using.
Until now the only place you could add contacts
was your mobile device, by typing in a mobile number or scanning a QR code. Soon, you will be able to add and manage contacts conveniently from your keyboard with WhatsApp Web and Windows, and later with other connected devices.
We’re also introducing a new option to save a contact just to WhatsApp. WhatsApp Contacts is great if you share your phone with others or want to separate your personal and business contacts when you manage more than one WhatsApp account.

will be restored if you lose your phone or change devices.
These updates will soon also allow you to manage and save contacts using usernames. Usernames on WhatsApp will add an extra layer of privacy by preventing you from sharing your phone number when messaging someone. Today is just one important step toward making this a reality. We’ll tell you more as it becomes available.
Share love in WhatsApp status
WhatsApp Status is the best way to stay in touch with friends and family, and now it’s even better. With Status Likes, Private Mentions, and the ability new zealand whatsapp number data to reshare a Status that mentions you, reaching the people who matter most just got easier.

Private Mentions terms and privacy
Let the people closest to you see your dating data status and reshare it with their audience by mentioning them privately. When you do this, they receive a private notification and the mention won’t appear in your status.
We have just started rolling out these terms and privacy features and they will soon be available to users globally.
