Invest in marketing
The funny thing is this too. Normally preparing for a marathon is crazy. The moment has been a challenge. And the last two weeks before running the marathon in Eindhoven I was already looking forward to not having to get up at 5am. Instead of running more Freeletics I could finally get back to my “relaxed” routine of getting out of bed at 5.30am and rolling out the mat for training.

Investing in talent

Investing in structure
In the end, we also need the infrastructure job data to support growth. A warehouse, for example. We are already reaching the limits of what we can store and receive at the moment. In theory, it is an urgent issue, but I am not sure if we have the financial capacity to tackle it with force next year. In the worst case, we have to hold out for another year with the warehouse we have at the moment.
We have work to do and it won’t be easy. But that’s why it will be fun to experience it. Let’s go for it.
